1. Can I purchase selected videos or do I have to purchase all of them? Can I purchase more at a later date?

a. You are able to purchase selected videos. You may also purchase other videos at a later date.

2. What are the systems requirements to view the online videos?

a. Windows XP, Windows 7 , Windows Vista, Windows 8, MAC OS

3. Are there any limits on how many times I can view the content?

a. Views are limited to 5 views per video. Each time a video is loaded, irrespective of how much of the video is actually watched, it is counted as a view. However, our system is setup to maximize usage, since we want students to use the videos throughout the year and also for exam prep. The usage limits are in place to stop abuse of the system (sharing logins, etc.) and if you ever hit your limit we can reset your usage after a review of your account.

4. Do I have the ability to play the videos at a faster speed?

a. Yes. You have the option to play the videos at 1.4x, 1.7x or 2.0x the normal speed.

5. Can I access videos on two different devices at the same time?

a. Yes. In order to maximize the learning for the users the videos can be accessed from multiple devices at a time. However, do remember that you are still limited to viewing each video by 5 times.

6. How many different computers or devices can I access the videos?

a. You will be able to access videos from at most three different devices.

7. What types of devices are compatible with our videos?

a. PC Computer, Mac OS computer, Android devices, and Apple devices.

8. Can I purchase the “notes” and videos separately?

a. No. Currently, we only have them sold as a package. In the future, be on the lookout to be able to purchase "notes" and "videos" individually.

9. Do I get a study guide with the video series? Are there PDFs that provide notes for me while I work through the videos?

a. Yes. PDF notes will be available for download with the videos.

10. Refund Policy

a. Ensuring customer satisfaction is our priority. This is why we offer a free account with sample videos. Due to the nature of the online digital content, all sales are final.

12. Do you offer group discounts?

To get a group discount code, please send an email to sales@usmlesimple.com. Include a list of email addresses and names of students who will be participating in the group discount. They will be sent a unique coupon code to redeem their discount during the checkout process.
